THERE IS NO WAY YOU ARE HAPPY! I know I wasn’t. I envied others who could eat foods they loved and still look great. I had cut foods and restricted carbs so much that even looking at a cookie I would gain weight. I know there are many of you that can relate. ⁣

Please stop wasting your time and money on things that do not work.⁣

Not only are you wasting your time and money but you are wrecking havoc on your body, your motivation, your confidence, and your self-esteem from the roller coaster of emotions from yo yo dieting and weight loss plateaus.⁣

Weight loss does not have to be hard. Keep it simple and build a strong foundation of basic habits to help you reach your goals. ⁣
